Canton Investment Acquires Control of China Digital Ventures Corp.

Canton Investment in Hong Kong has acquired almost 28 million shares of China Digital Ventures Corp. for $484,100.
China Digital, which declared itself a shell company in regulatory filings, has a small web-based communications business in China.
