Chinese Animal Feed Company Lists on TSX after CPC Merger

Sunshine Agri-Tech, a Chinese company that makes animal food additives, said in a statement that it graduated to the Toronto Stock Exchange after combining with the capital pool company Osia Ventures.
The merger was sponsored by Jordan Capital Markets.
Sunshine also raised C$3 million ($2.89 million) in a private placement of stock and warrants at the time of the merger.
