Curaxis Pharmaceutical, Auto Search Cars Complete Reverse Merger

After completing a reverse merger with Auto Search Cars Inc., Curaxis Pharmaceutical Corp. will change the name of the company and concentrate on its development of a drug for treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
Auto Search issued 64.2 million shares and exchanged them for all of the outstanding shares of Curaxis. The swap effectively leaves 91% of Auto Search in the hands of Curaxis investors.
Southridge Business Solutions Group assisted with the closing of the merger, according to a statement.
