Dillco, Aspen Exploration Pull off Reverse Merger

Colorado Springs, Colo.-based oil and gas services company, Dillco Fluid Service, completed a reverse merger with Aspen Exploration Corp., a former oil and gas explorer that went out of business last year . The surviving company will be known as ENSERVCO Corp.
